Further Pictures from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend detailing different areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
